5. Limitation of Liability

SwitchBonus and FYNX LIMITED will not be held liable for bank switch bonuses declined or missed due to user non-compliance with bank criteria, missed deadlines, or bank policy changes made directly by participating financial institutions.

6. Referral Code Marketplace

SwitchBonus operates a directory where users may share their own personal referral codes for third-party bank and provider incentive schemes. SwitchBonus does not post these codes, is not a party to any resulting offer, and receives no payment, commission, credit, or other benefit of any kind in connection with a code being shared, claimed, or used.

Any reward for referring or being referred is paid directly between the relevant bank or provider, the person who shared the code, and the person who used it, under that scheme's own terms — SwitchBonus is never party to that payment.
